Easy to redeem. Did have to turn off the phone twice to update data, minutes & texts. Over a great deal! ps I did receive the actual card & it may have been because of Christmas but the card was sent UPS two day air mail.

You can add to your account individually what you may need more of, example $5 gets you 1,000 texts, etc. No dropped calls and clear signal all the way. Getting this package with tax, breaks down to less than $12 a month.I was happy to get my last two purchases on sale, saved even more. You can add to your account for your phone as much as your want, you could have years of service, with extra data, minutes and texts. Your MyAccount app keeps track for you on your phone.The people at TracFone customer service, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The setup was a breeze. Bring your own and, or keep your own phone number. No monthly bills.It is a winner. Keep up the great prices and service.

Tracfone cards work well

Simple to order good value and easy to activate. Arrived in a couple of days.

The card arrived earlier than it was predicted. It was delivered with care. The delivery person put it between the doors since it was in an envelope.

Amazon is very reliable.

Bought a Tracfone plan card for about $130. Followed the instructions on the Tracfone website to activate the card on a new phone I bought. The website prompted me to activate the card on my old out outdated phone (to maintain the same number on my new phone). But the old phone was out of date. So by following the Tracfone website's instructions, Tracfone allowed me to activate the plan card on an out dated phone. I called customer service three times. Each time they were not able to fix the issue and ended each communication by saying I should call this other customer service department. Which I did with the same result. So no help from Tracfone customer service, no resolution, no desire to help a long time customer, just "go talk to this other group".I lost $130 because of Tracfone's inept website and because Tracfone's customer service showed zero interest or desire to fix their system's error.Tracfone is the worst company ever. Tracfone will never get another cent from me. I would rather go back to using carrier pigeons or the pony express. Or maybe Hogwarts owls, that would actually be pretty cool.
