Great concept TERRIBLE execution
I'm very disappointed with this target. Went shooting yesterday and the stand was really wobbly. Continued to adjust it. The way you connect the 2X4 to the stand is pretty cheesy. I'll be heading to Lowe's to spend probably $40 just to get this stand to be good.Now the spinners. I shot probably 200 round at the spinners and already the spinner tubes are ripped up. Sometime the spinners will not spin now due to the ripped up metal in the tube. I'm going to try grinding the spinners down a little so there are no sharp edges but all this should have been done. I'm actually thinking about cutting off the square piss pour design that goes into the tubes and replace them with a steal rod. Then mount 2 Flange Mounted Pillow Block Bearings on each side. The bearings are about $28 total but in the end maybe I'll have something that will last a long time.Just not sure why this product is so expensive if I'm having to add so much more to it just to make it last. I know for a fact that if I did nothing this target would MAYBE last 500 more hits on the spinners if I'm lucky. I guess if you suck at shooting then this target is PERFECT. ha
