Replaced my 25 year old office chair. Can’t beat the sturdiness and price. Simple to assemble but needed another two hands to make it easier. Comfortable and no dings or blemishes. Just what I was looking for.

This chair worked great for almost 2 years. It was a bit of a pain to put together, but I did it on my own, another set of hands would have helped greatly. I love how wide the chair is, and the height of the arms. However, it did start to lose pump ability at the end so I used a spacer to keep it up high enough for a few months until it started wobbling & I had to get rid of it. I think for the price 2 years was OK, but I wish I had gone ahead & invested in a better chair. Not great for daily use if you're over 225ish in the longterm, but great for a smaller person wanting more room, or for your occasional office.

I bought this chair because I am tall but not overweight. This chair broke after 6 weeks of use. I work from home M-F and went on vacation last week, so not even 6 weeks of use. I leaned back in the chair today with the back of the chair locked and it snapped tearing the side where the arm connects to the chair base. I am just at 2 weeks past the return window. I strongly suggest skipping this item.

I love this chair. If is very comfortable and sturdy. My daughter put it together easily. Great buy.

great chair for the money

Arrived today without ANY hardware to put together, no wheels or gas cylinder.Damaged cushion in 2 areas top of back cushion (see picture) and it delivered late. Don't waste your time!

***2nd update I contacted the seller and they did fulfill the warranty for replacement just make sure to keep the warranty that comes with itUpdate** Lasted a good 10 months then all of a sudden the arm part that is attached to bottom of chair just broke, ripping the seat area and bent. Guess it’s not everyday use. Bought this for my aunt who has a bad hip and needed something better for remote work. She loves it so much! She’s 5’2-5’4 and even with chair all the way down can barely touch floor with feet but she already had a stool for feet at desk so that part doesn’t bother her.
