Egoway Laptop Battery for Apple Macbook 13" A1185 (Mid / Late 2006, Mid / Late 2007, Early / Late 2008, Early / Mid 2009) - [Li-Polymer 10.8V 5600mAh]

Purchased July 15 it is now Sept 13. Not even two months and this battery will not hold a charge. If my laptop is unplugged, it dies immediately (even at 100%). I can not use it if it is not plugged in. The battery monitor has a warning "Condition: Replace now." Very disappointing, and very sad for the environment. What a waste.Sept 15 Update: I contacted the seller Egoway inquiring about the 1-year warranty. They responded swiftly & well...I had a replacement battery within 2 days no problem at all. My original order must have been a bad apple. I changed from a one to a four star rating. As long as this feedback is here with no update, the new is working well and holding a charge!

I've been using it for almost two weeks now and it's been working great! battery life seems pretty long.That was the review I made two weeks ago. Today is 2/22/2015, and It's been almost a month since I started using this battery, and it actually stopped charging for some reason just now.. Until then, it was working and charging fine, but my battery is no longer charging. The good thing is it has 12 month warranty, so I'm going to replace it, but I wish it lasted longer..

The battery looked exactly like my original Apple battery. I am happy with this battery at the present time but will review it again in a few months. One thing that I noticed is that the power will shut off and I have to power it up again when I return. I'm not sure what the problem is. It might not be a problem with the battery but rather my laptop.

I wish I could give a 4-5 star rating for this product. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case. The item arrived in a timely manner which was a plus for me. The packing was fine as well. However, when installing this battery into my laptop, it didn't fully / flush onto the battery compartment. I had to lightlly force it into it. It worked fine at that point. I charged it fully to 99% and turn off the laptop for the night. The next morning, the battery was completely drain. That is when I decided to return the item for a refund; Amazon return policy was great and easy.I knew I ordered the right type of battery that my laptop requires (A1185) and this would be my second replacement battery. It just didn't fit.

The battery has worked great. The fit was a little tight, but with a good push I got it in.So far so good, a good replacement battery for your MacBook

I used it yesterday for over two hours and there seemed to be quite a bit of charge left after use. It is nice to be able to use my MacBook without having it plugged in.

Initially this was fine, averaging about 1.5 hours of run time. But after a few cycles it only gets about 30-45 minutes of life. Unless your battery is completely dead, don't expect a lot out of this.

This battery almost matches the computer and is metal, not plastic. We had ordered a cheaper version, but it would not charge properly. This one is just fine. It has been passed on to our grandson, but he is very pleased with it.
