GXC181Ti 18 Sheet Cross-Cut Paper Shredder, Platinum Series Shredder

How unfair are those other 2 reviews? I usually depend heavily on products reviews before I make any purchase, especially a big one that should last for a while, but thankfully in this case I decided to pull the trigger despite 2 unreasonable Amazon reviews in my opinion.The shredder is very quite, speed is good, and it handles many label sheets with no sweat. Yes I didn't use it yet with 16-19 sheets, and no I didn't need confetti(!) but overall we are all very satisfied with it. It might be a little pricey for the MSRP so try to get a good deal on it, but other than that, it is perfect!

This thing weighs about 50 pounds and is not stable. It's dangerously top-heavy and could easily tip over. Plus, it doesn't shred very well. I tried to run 15 pages of 22 lb copy paper through it, and it simply couldn't handle it. Every time it just jammed up. Nothing "commercial grade" about this thing, except maybe the high price . . . .

If looking for one that makes confetti this is not it. The shredder cuts into small strips and I'm returning it it because of that
