Brilliant Purchase! Great customer service too!
I bought a total of four of these in several batches. When in stock at the warehouse, the delivery was quick. The last one, which had to come from China, had not arrived by three days after the end of the delivery period, so I started a refund request one evening. Richarm replied by email by early the next morning and offered a resend of just a few days, which I accepted. They were very attentive, sending a total of four emails including a screenshot of their internal reorder and a "Don't worry, it's on it's way" one after that, which I thought was rather sweet. You could tell it was real people at the other end, because the English was slightly out and varied a bit between emails, so it was probably different staff. The light arrived this time within three days as promised. I found the excellent problem-handling perhaps more reassuring for future purchases than if nothing had gone wrong at all; something of a pressure test. The lights are very sturdy, the lamp being chunky metal and the solar panel quite robust plastic. The lights are really quite bright for solar, any variation in duration being subject to the amount of sunlight of course. In the really sunny days they were still quite bright the following dawn, though a little less so after duller days. There were two types of connection between the panel and the lamp, one type is a screw fit and the other push fit. Both work fine, but the push fit needs a good bit of pressure to snap it home. Don't just stop pushing when it gets tight or you will find that it is a loose fitting because it is not fully home, and you might wrongly think there is a fault. All but one were fully charged on arrival and turned on when the button was pushed. One wasn't but was fine when it had been out all day in the sun to charge. It seems that connecting it to the solar panel puts the light under the control of it's light sensor so it will go off when you do that in the day, even though you may have turned it on and had it working when taking it out of the box and before being connected. You get plastic stakes with the panels, but I originally just laid the lamps and panels on my front lawn to illuminate trees and shrubs. I actually found the white lights a bit too bright when looking out of the window at night though, so I am now using coloured lights for that purpose. I have the Richarm ones fixed up at the back now illuminating the front of a summer house and a couple of other general areas. They fixed up easily on walls, etc. I have mains lights in the summer house, but I think it should be possible to use these solar ones as occasional lighting for an outside shed, etc., with the panel on the roof or wall but the lamp inside. It could work quite well if you just wanted to see your way around inside a store or similar to collect items at night. You could turn the light on and off at the push button if you mounted it within reach. They aren't sold for that purpose, but I think it could work.I've bought a lot of solar lamps this year and have them all over my front and back gardens. They have all been quite good, so I have become an overall believer in solar blights, but these were amongst the most impressive. I have spent a bit of time reviewing them because I think they are a really good product and from a helpful supplier.I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.Tim Surrey England

What I've been searching for for quite a while and a great supplier
This is a great dusk to +4 hours light, it's bright and very usable.if you need the light on until dawn then this isn't for you.If what you want is lightning in the evening then this item is worth considering. I have now purchased 6x of these lights and positioned around the garden, giving it a magical feel. The 6th light didn't work as expected but Richarm replied the faulty item (2 days) very impressed. I plan further purchases from Richarm, one of the better suppliers on Amazon.

Illuminating!!!
I purchased this solar light to fix to my shed, which is situated at the bottom of my garden, the darkest area! It worked great all through the summer months and I was pleasantly surprised to find it has worked all through the darker nights of winter too! Although probably not as bright as it had been in the summer it has been on every night in Dec/Jan. I would definitely recommend.

Fairly priced, securely packaged and delivered promptly.
I bought this product to light up a feature in our garden and far, far exceeded my expectations. The Solar Pael is quite large and the light robust and far superior to what I expected. Provided both the Solar Panel and the light are correctly placed / installed. This is ideal for lighting up a small to medium area with a good, bright, light.

Defective Product
I purchased this item in December 2019 and installed as a feature light in my garden. In February the light stopped working for no reason. I examined the light and found no damage to the cable. I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement which I have now installed. I found the customer service agent James to be very helpful.
