200K produces rapid boil
I hesitated in buying this as 200K seemed to much for my HomeBrewing. As a Baron and 4-catagory Brewmaster in the SCA (medieval reenactment group), I often give classes. To wait for the boil is a good chatting time, but not a productive time. The Water boils in less than 5 minutes...that is 5 gallons when I am making 10 or 20 gallon batches normally. It speeds up production dramatically! Highly Recommend it for home brewers!!! Only 2 drawbacks: a) you go thru gas proportionally quickly, and b) the air adjustment needs a knob..the the latter is a nicety. It is Sturdy with a wide base. Some may prefer a taller base, but for 5-25 gallon pots I use, it is G_R_E_A_T !!! Had to comment as the prior 5 psi burners are of NO COMPARISON to THIS Burner!!! --- Baron Stephanus
