I ordered two of these knives and they are nice looking that's why they even received one star, I couldn't go any lower. The very first time I used one of them to cut an apple the blade broke completely from the handle and almost cut my hand. The cost of the return (I'm Prime) was half the price of the knife. A week later I was cutting something else about the density of the apple and the second knife blade broke also. These knives are pure junk, not to mention dangerous. DO NOT BUY

This is the best paring knife I've used. I previously had a Wusthof paring knife, which felt more flimsy and had too short a handle. This Casa Neuhaus paring knife has a handle that feels great in your hand while at the same time not feeling too long or heavy. The design of the knife itself is amazing and it stands out as a very attractive knife. The black ceramic blade looks great and has kept a sharp edge.

I'd been using a serrated stainless steel paring knife and thought it was pretty good, but this Casa Neuhaus is in a whole different class (and about $15 less than the one I'd been using!) I Just love using it and look forward to cutting with it everyday. So smooth and easy, nice feel in the hand. Thinly slices tomatoes perfectly! Comes with a beautiful case and sheath. Great for impressing those gourmet friends.

Wow! I Like this knife. First thing I did was cut a tomato. Barely even bent the skin before it sliced through it. Very sharp. Love the look of the black blade with the stainless handle. The box is nice, as is the blade guard. Perfect addition to my bar.

I recently purchased this knife, and it is sharp as hell!!!! This is not my first ceramic bladed knife, but so far it is the best. I chose the black blade and I am not disappointed.
