Great relaxing supplement
I love this product. I take it before going to bed and it really helps to sleep well and wake up refreshed. I also noticed that it handles muscle cramps after tough workout!!!Plus the taste is great, which is not always obvious with similar products. I definitely recommend it!!!

Great CalMag product
I have tried several different brands of CalMag in the past and I usually try to go for a good tasting product if I can. This one is totally to my satisfaction, a nice lemony flavor, not too sweet, and it helped me fall asleep within 10 minutes of taking it when I had trouble.

Great product!
This is a wonderful product! I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. Not anymore! This product helps to calm my body so I can sleep better. Also I would sometimes get leg cramps at night and now I don't anymore since taking Counting Zzzz's! I highly recommend this to everyone!

Tastes better than other brands.
Really liked this formula with the added Vitamin C, it really helped knock me out at night naturally.The first time I used it the powder didn't resolve very well, I later found out my water wasn't hot enough. So just make sure the water is boiling before adding it to the powder!

Relaxing Sleep
This product is great. I like to take it about 30 minutes before bed. It really relaxes me and can get a very calm sleep, fulfilling sleep. I also used to take this during my pregnancy and it helped a lot.
