Interesting material. I am sure the author had to stare at a lot of people--for research. I am hoping for the sequel to this interesting read regarding new additional findings. Mainly, body language of the observee catching the observer.

This is a wonderful starter book very simple and makes it easy to understand and be able to practice

Writing characters and keeping them human can be a challenging task, but to have a book like this is a gold mine for showing what your characters are doing and avoiding the dreaded “telling” when it comes to your story.We’ll worth the money to buy a hard copy.

This is exactly what it sells itself as. Most of these are pretty obvious, but there's a fair bit of experience coming through in the book that makes it clear the author is speaking as an authority.Good book for adults navigating the workplace and for kids learning about the depths of body language complexities.

This book is a useful field guide for understanding body language. In his conclusion Joe makes a valid point; non-verbals are very important even in a digital age & are extremely beneficial for those who lead.What I've learned in this book has been instrumental in my day to day interactions with my family, friends, associates and clients. The key is to practice observing what is explained.

Having been trained in body language and Auto Human Behavior, I find it always important to understand the dynamics further and take on other perspectives. Navaro is brilliant and I will be buying the others.
