EquiRoyal Newport All Purpose Saddle

Not enough padding, can feel the saddle tree when posting. The iron leathers rubbed the color off during the first use. I will get some black shoe polish(hope I can find some), to try and repair it. It is a very nice looking saddle. The pictured leather stabilizer is not on the saddle.

For the seat size, this is rather smaller than I expected in every other dimension. It perched hilariously on top of my thoroughbred, and the billet-straps were not long enough to use with my girth (which fits with my old Wintec all-purpose). It would probably look better on a big-kid pony.

WOW!!!!I purchased this as a cheap All purpose to just have around...expected it to be just a standard all arounder ...you know..just a very standard cheap saddle... but this saddle is beautiful!!! Its so well made... beautiful detail! I was pretty stunned by it when I first took it out of the box. It looks like a more expensive saddle. I love it! Going to buy another.

Wasn't sure this would fit my mare, as she has a short, wide back, but was pleasantly surprised. It fits as if custom made for her, even in the longer 18" seat. The synthetic "leather" has a rich look, and fools everyone until they actually touch it. Good on ya, EquiRoyal!

Very nice looking saddle, but the straps under the Billet are very cheap and I don't trust them
