I ordered this back in March of 2018. I was a bit dissapointed with the time it took to charge and how quickly it drained. I thought it was just the product. Eventually the battery stopped charging. I contacted the company and they immediately responded. Two days later I received a replacement. Needless to say, the battery life is great and charging time is average.My guess is I received a faulty battery during the first shipment. However, their swift action amd customer service is great.I am highly satisfied with the product and their team.

Posted 4/20/18 - Old battery said replace with HP 746641-001. Got this yesterday and it fit perfectly. Charged it fully and tested it this morning. Battery lasted over 4 hours. I will update this post if it stops working.Update 6/22/18 - Still holding charge for 4 hours. Very happy.

the price was right and I checked the reviews through Reviewmeta and they mostly seemed genuine .....like others i had charging issues...100% on the first charge 70% on the second ...so i let the company know and they took care of the issue very quickly and without a lot of back and forth.....i would give 5 stars but i feel the battery should have been good the first time...if there wasa a 4++ i would give that

Battery arrived promptly and seems to be workly as advertised - perfectly! I searched for days for the correct battery for my HP laptop, and finally settled on this battery, due to the description of compatible products, the price, and also the reviews and product's packaging. It really did help that I removed my old battery to look at the old one, and take a picture with my phone cam, of the label numbers and shape of the old battery, in order to match it with pictures of this battery. Then I had an enlargeable number to search for, and compare with all of the other batteries on the Internet. I had tried shopping in town for the battery, but even WalMart was out, and their "universal" laptop battery was $49.00, which wasn't an option for me because it was too expensive.

Purchased 2 different batteries in the past 6 months for my laptop (original battery was not recharging) but neither of those batteries worked. The 1st battery would not take a charge at all and the 2nd battery did not fit well (yes both batteries advertised compatibility to my HP laptop). I was about to give up and just buy another laptop. But I thought I give it one more try and found this batter by HWG and I have been working with it for the past couple of weeks without any problems. Fits well, came 75% charged & stays charged for 4 hours! I highly recommend!

My original battery is pretty worn out. They don't last forever. I get about 2-hours from it. I bought this one, making sure the model numbers and everything matched. (I once bought the wrong battery size, ssheshh.) This looks (almost) exactly like the original. It lasts 4 hours on a charge. I timed it. I do have a beef though and it is not with this battery. It cannot be shipped by air! I had to order it to my sister in AZ and she had to bring it, by air, from AZ to HI. So what's the difference between sending it through the regular mail?

I'm the IT Director and Compliance Officer for the housing authority in my home town. I'm using an inexpensive laptop for now, and the battery in it bit the dust. As per usual, I hopped on Amazon to find a replacement. So far, I have completed 3 charge/discharge cycles and it has lasted 4-5 hours each time. I'm very happy with the price, quality and performance of the battery.

Battery would not charge after 24 hrs of trying to charge it. I called in and they will replace it. If this one has the same issues I will go to BestBuy and have them install a battery so I can make sure it charges.Ok, the 2nd battery worked perfectly. I update my rating to 4 stars only because the first battery would not charge. I appreciate the no hassle return of item.

Bought this battery, it lasted a total of 3 weeks. Had to charge it every hour and a half as it wouldn't hold a charge. Now luckily its at 0% plugged in and not charging because the battery does not work. Hopefully they send me another one and maybe that one will work?

So far, I'm satisfied.
