just received my bluetooth earphone and was so excited to test it due to the thousands of positive feedback, as soon as i tried it, i have a nice feeling about it. it has a good fit. turned this bluetooth earbud on and that's when i felt disappointed. sound is not good. it's so bassy and so flat. the bluetooth headset sounds like the vocal is muted. i couldn't understand or hear clearly the vocals of the songs i am playing. it's all bass. i don't know if i got a bad unit or this is how the sound should be. don't know if i will return this or keep it. i guess it goes to say that you get what you pay for. totally disappointed. the only good things about this earphone is it has better fit and it pairs easily. not as good as what the reviews are.UPDATE: the unit i received might be an isolated case but nonetheless i commend Yvonne Tsai for their outstanding customer service. as soon as they saw my post they immediately contacted me and they tried to resolve my issue. since then i changed my review to I LIKE IT for reason that they stand to their product. i have not received the replacement unit but i am satisfied with the way they handled my situation. Great Service - THANKS Yvonne Tsai for your outstanding serivice.UPDATE: received the replacement bluetooth earbud and this bluetooth earbud is way better than the first one i got. bass and treble is balanced. sound is not flat and has great sound. Well packed.Small square box.Inside a round protective box.Inside it the headphones.On the side, usb cable and clips. And two extra different sized buds. All good.Then it takes 7 seconds to turn on.Too long.Another press, Bluetooth on.Another press, the music comes on. All this to get some music. Too too long and annoying.(I trying to replace my Allreli. Turn on, bang.. Music comes on. Two different switches. Works perfect. Why complicating things?)To switch off a long press of 6 seconds.Then the problems get worse.I tried the 3 sized earbuds but none of them will fit properly. Let me explain. Too big, too small. The medium size fit my ears but the sound is awful coming out of them. I tried to reposition the buds, but it feels like I'm listening music behind a door. If I moved the buds slightly, I might get the music even more muffled or .. some music. If I open my mouth or turn my head the sound disappears again.I tried the small buds while cycling, but the wind noises were too much.Large buds won't fit in.When I got the headphones working, the bass were to strong. Tried another setting but then the sound was too bright.I own a pair of Bluetooth Sony top of the range. I know the sound quality is different and cannot be compared, but I expected much more from these headphones. At least the Allreli quality.So they are cute and light headphones but what about the sound?And the seller does not keep its promises.. More like fake promises.

I bought these as my new android phone doesn't have a headphone jack. For the £20 I payed I wasn't expecting much. I just wanted to use it for Audiobooks as I go off to sleep. HOWEVER, they have a great sound especially great bass definition and now they have replaced my plug-in earphones for listening to music. I even got them wet but once they dried out they worked perfectly. The only downside is the 3 hour battery life - but for what I paid I'm not complaining. Top product!

It's used for earpiece, its sounds ok.

Received this and found the control panel too heavy, initiated the return online but have to fly abroad urgently. Came back the day after the last day I can drop off the item to a locker...Definitely not for running or even running as the whole wire gear to the ride hand side. Will try use it at home for skype calls or give it away.

The Sounds is very good! The service of the seller is great! Im very happy with the product so far :-)

I bought these a couple of months ago. They only held a couple of hours charge and now they won’t charge at all.

Good value for money, blue light a bit annoying but apart from that easy to use
