KRK SUPPLEMENTS 2 Bottles Saffron Extract 88mg 120 Total Capsules

I bought the Saffron Extract and have been taking one in the morning and one in the evening. It seems to be curbing my cravings. For instance, I opened a bag of M&Ms, ate a couple, threw the rest away. I had no desire to eat it all like I would normally do. I cannot remember when I have thrown chocolate away. Amazing.

I'm starring this product a "three" in an attempt to be fair to what may be a great saffron extract item; however, I found myself probablyamong the minority, who, upon the first dose, found the 'dry mouth' side affect to kick in within a period of hours. The scratchy feel tothe roof of my mouth was uncomfortable enough that I immediately ceased taking the product, and, within 24 hours, the sensation in mythroat and mouth was gone. Can Saffron Extract help curb appetite and assist in losing weight? Don't know; just know the downside wasuncomfortable enough that I decided to give it up. Hopefuly, other customers have better reviews and have experienced the anticipated benefitsof using Saffron.

I didn't have any adverse reactions to the Saffron Extract supplements. I don't know if they really caused my appetite to go down or not. I only tried them for one month. I would be willing to try them again. I was also taking Rhodiola at the time, so I'm not sure if these two supplements counteract each other or not. Either way, I think saffron is good for the body.
