I got two different sizes. I wore the tighter size for a few days to support my hip injury. Then I switched to a larger size for comfort. My hip feels much better now. I'm dancing again. I went from Medium to XL. I wear the larger size for comfort and support. I wore the smaller size to help heal. I find these shorts to be very well made, and easy to wear under clothes. My hip injury was so bad that I actually needed the smaller size to help keep my hip muscles stabilized, while I continued activity. My hips are 38" full round, and I'm a female.

Perfect fit a true compression short not spandex , definitely helps sore muscles.

Comfortable, have only used once, they do run warm.

I needed a replacement for my under armpit cross core shorts and these blew them out of the water. Much more comfortable, compression feels as if I saw a trainer to be taped. I bought 2 and I’ll be buying more soon. Well worth it!

I got these for the many carrying events of Strongman competitions. Very happy with fit and support -- enough so that soon after receiving the first order, I ordered again. I'm 6'0", 250 pound, strongman competitor. XL fit perfectly.

I had purchased these shorts hoping they would relieve recurring hip flexor pain I'd developed from squats and other workouts. Unfortunately, they don't seem to provide the hip spica impact I'd hoped they would. They are also a bit awkward in the groin area, with the seam running right down the middle. That said, they seem like a quality product and do provide some compression to the thighs. They already ride up a tiny bit, which makes me worry what happens as they inevitably stretch out. But, for the price, they'll serve as a decent pair of compression shorts for general sports/exercise use.

I use this product for running intervals and weight lifting. As an older guy, I feel it adds support for my hamstrings and quads. I usually put in 3-4 miles daily sport walking with 4 to 6 fast 30 second intervals. I appreciate the support for weight lifting as well. Overall, I would buy another.

I had hoped I could use these as an alternative to the more expensive ones I have. These just didn't make the grade. They ran a bit small and didn't seem to have as much compression.
