Best on the market
I tried everything at the store and this is the only product that effectively worked immediately. It was foamy, no bad smell and no greasiness. After using I couldn’t find any lice or eggs in the hair as if it dissolved them completely. It’s expensive but worth every penny. I would order two cans for optimum results.

Awesome product
This product actually worked for our family after dealing with lice for a year! I leave it for 3 hours it even killed the nits. I used it for two times and we are lice free I definitely recommend this for someone who is trying everything and nothing really work!

Thank Goodness for this saving grace
Let me tell you a little story about super lice and the family that had them. Our family has four daughters and me. Three daughters have incredibly thick hair. One of those is shoulder length, one is extremely long and one is just above her ears. Then there is me. My hair is also quite long, with just enough natural curl to make it...difficult. The last girl keeps hers very short because she runs. A beautiful family of girls who LOVE their hair. Then, two years ago in early June, my oldest (shoulder length, thick) came home with an itchy head. I searched high and low for a bug...nothing. A week later, they were everywhere. Yup, you absolutely read that right...two years. We tried Rid first...They were gone. After a deep resounding sigh and about three weeks, they were back. So we tried, the store brand...about twenty times. Twenty times. We tried the Cetaphil treatment at the suggestion of our doctor. To no avail. We tried Mouthwash. We tried various oils. We tried it all again. And again. And again. We even put the heavy duty chemical stuff the doctor prescribes on our heads. Nope. No luck. Here it is though, I have been fighting with these little buggers for two years and I have never had a product kill them like right now. I have never had the combing out process include bugs. I have never seen them lying dead on he comb. Lots of nits, never bugs. They run. You never seem to get the bugs. I literally combed hundreds of DEAD bugs from my head. And my kids head. For the first time there are VISIBLE results. Visible results without a harsh chemical or a harsh chemical smell. I cannot say that I feel completely out of the woods yet. I bought another two bottles for next Friday and I have purchased repellant, but for the first time I am hopeful. Even the nit combs are high dollar on this product. I feel like in spite of the cost, which IS high, this is the best product to kill super lice. I am actually louse AND nit free for the first time entirely in two years. I suggest this over and over again. I am coupling it with the electronic louse zapper comb deal, but I feel like i have FINALLY found a product that works. There is even enough in two bttles to take care of my entire family. Probably because it is not a liquid like every other product so it goes where you tell it and you do not waste any.

DIE
Regrettably I've had quite a bit of experience getting rid of lice. This is the best product I've used so far. Its easy to apply, there is plenty in the can for two or even more applications on long hair if you are careful with it, and it works. Lice were jumping to their doom to avoid the stuff when I used it on my kid. It has a strong smell which is not objectionable, but you will be smelling it for days. The smell lingers on your hands, on the hair, even the towels used to wash after. Given its potency I accept this as a trade-off. The kit comes with a remarkably high quality and very useful comb with rounded steel tines. Use it, and keep it for later. I gave it only 4 stars because I had to re-apply on my daughter a couple of times before the lice were finally gone. I cant say if that is the fault of the medication, or because she was in contact with someone with lice again, or some eggs survived... whatever. We followed the instructions precisely, and did the usual stuff like minimizing bedding and running the rest through a dryer on high heat daily. In the end it worked, and this stuff is far more effective than the Pyrethrin based products from years ago that it replaces . It seems lice have evolved past that. In the past we even tried Listerine on the hair because Nix and those like it were so ineffective. This is much better.

Best lice treatment
Hands down the best lice treatment out there. The smell is not the best, but what lice treatment smells good? The application is easy. It does not leave your hair feeling greasy.

I tried it five times and it didn't kill the lice or their eggs.
I had high hopes for this product since I had tried several others that made promises that just weren't true. I didn't have itching right away so I thought maybe it worked, but then I got bit again. They get under the scalp. I even sprayed tea tree oil and peppermint on my hair and body in between uses. I washed all bedding every time, vacuumed my furniture, car, mattress, rug. I washed all clothing. Put things in plastic bags and in the freezer. I made sure to saturate my hair with mousse and then shampoo. I did everything I could possibly do. This for a period of over two weeks. I did the same with other products, Fairy Tales, Head Hunters, Lice Logic, Cure and Nix. I still have them after using these products for six weeks. Whoever can come up with a product that really works could make a lot of money. These companies are doing that with products that don't work on what people are calling Super Lice. I have used the repellents also, They don't kill the lice and I doubt they stop anything from crawling on you if you are in the wrong place and contract them. Good luck! PS I had a family member using the lice comb on me five times and I used it in between. If the lice were dead, the comb wouldn't matter anyway! Other than removing the dead ones.
