I'm new to stretching and such (What I'm doing is not yoga so I didn't want to say yoga, lol) and this strap is a great addition to my stretching routine. I'm currently dealing with my right knee hurting so the blocks are helping with getting up and down on the floor. The blocks and strap are both well made and they seem that they will last awhile. Durable is the word I was looking for.

Yoga blocks are pretty simple, so it's hard to screw them up. These blocks come in two different thicknesses, which was ideal for me. I prefer the thinner blocks. They're as sturdy as any I've tried, and the two-tone color options is fun. It's nice to know mine won't get mixed up with others' with the unique coloring. They also match well with my mat and other accessories, something that was easy with the wide variety of color options. If you're looking for a basic yoga block in the standard thin or thick options, these are a great choice.

4.5 out of 5 starsBlocks work great for balancing poses. I was worried about them being too soft over cork blocks but they are super high density and I find no difference in use. The belt feels strong and made out of good material. I can't vouch for their durability over time but it doesn't seem either will wear with frequent use (I practice yoga everyday and so far they are still brand new.)My only reason for deducting half a point is the smell. When laying your face against the blocks they do have a very slight plastic smell but nothing over abrasive that distracts from my breathing. Im sure over time this will fade and if not, its not strong enough for me to repurchase another pair.

Love these! Bought as a gift cause a friend at yoga had them. They are great. Firm and supports body weight well, but not too stiff or heavy.

I ordered blue/grey blocks from Heathyoga to match my blue yoga mat. They arrived on time, and just as described! These blocks are lightweight, firm, and durable. Very happy with the look and quality. They helped to protect me from injuries during challenging yoga postures. With them I can do yoga with more flexibility. The bonus part is the yoga strap. My legs are kind of stiff. When I stretch my legs, the strap helps a lot to hold poses until I move to the next pose.If you are looking for something that expands your practice and improves your yoga exercise, this block set along with the strap is definitely a good choice. Highly recommended!
