Draper32272 Mini Woodwork Set, Alloy Steel, 5 Pieces, Blue

I saw a LOT of people talking these up, but I wasn't impressed. Good for a little display gift or something, but not really any good to use. The squares and angle gauge might be decent enough for doing some simple dovetail work, but nothing to write home about. If you are looking for something to use, buy real tools, if you are looking for display be prepared to do some detail work, they're a little rough, but not horrible.

A try (90 degree) square, a dovetail mitre (10 degrees) square, a sliding bezel, a marking gauge, and a plane. All with their own pockets and velco straps holding them in a nice zip-up carry bag. The plane needed a bit of a clean up, and its blade barely had an edge (hence only 4 stars), but that was soon cured with a bit of emery paper and a flat surface. Bought as a novelty Christmas present for their looks rather than anything practical, but they are genuine functional tools.

I love these mini tools, i got them for the novelty and because i like miniatures, but i found that they are extremely useful, the plane especially is amazing, they are very well made and are certainly not toys and not just for hobby-work, i use these everyday , they are among my favourite tools. Get them ! you will not regret it, for the price you cant lose, they also come in a good quality carry case. Im very happy with the Draper brand

Bought as a present for my father and he absolutely loves it! For small woodworking projects this is great. It’s accurate and really helps give a smooth professional finish to your project.

I was very disappointed although good quality and made with a obvious skill The size is not what I expected it's so small ideal for some jobs but not all. Take better photos
