GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORTReason why i gave a 3-Star Overall Rating is because it was defective. so couldn't do the sub-ratings.The lift mechanism & they hydraulic cylinder didn't fit properly so was going to return the product.I contacted their support team and explained the situation about the defective chair. They were very responsive and issued me a full refund. They also did not require me to return the defective chair. This was AWESOME customer support.So in the end although the product i received was defective, their support team took great care of me. Because of the Company's GREAT Customer Support, the experience didn't sour me from shopping with them in the future.

I assembled by myself and that added some level difficulty that if I had had one person fopr about 5 minutes it would have gotten a 5 star on being able to assemble easily

Had the chair for a few months before noticing a tilt and creaking noises. shortly after the year mark it the wood underneath started to split from the bottom half. if you're careful you can actually find a halfway decent chair for the price of this one. just look elsewhere.

One of the screws has its head filled with metal. Can not use it. The assembly of the hand rests and the seat and the backrest was extremely cumbersome and misaligned no matter how many times we tried. Except for the seat and backrest, the rest of the chair looks completely sub standard. Should have bought others in store from Office Depot or staples. Bad. Bad.

have only had this chair a couple of months recieved it on 1/15/21 and it is now only 3/22/21 and the gas cylinder is broken started with chair just sinking several times a day to down and won't go back up. Sent email to the email address with the warranty on 3/16/21 and no reply whatsever!! Very disappointed

When looking for a new chair I specifically sought out an adjustable chair that went as high as possible because I am 6'7". After taking a lot of time to to find the right measurements for a good fit, I decided I would need a chair that would have a seat at a height of about 22". This chair says it goes up to 22.9". Knowing that the cushion would give and reduce the effective height of the char seat, I also purchased an ergonomic seat cushion to try and make up for some of the height lost.Even with the additional cushion on top of the chair, I feel like I am sitting at the kids table. I cannot use this set at my custom desk (the main reason I wanted to buy a better chair) as I sit too low and it affects my ability to type. Additionally, my line of sight is off for my monitor which is super uncomfortable.I got this item as a gift, and felt bed telling the person who bought it for me that it is useless for me, so I gave it away.If you are looking for a chair that has a higher than average seat height DO NOT but this chair. At best, I would say the seat height when in use (I weigh 250 lbs, well below the 350 lb rating of this chair) is about 19", 19.5" at best.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable.

The connection between chair and base just snapped on me after less than a year. also the outer casing of the back of the chair got worn through by the edge of my desk after a few months too. The chair is comfy and nice by the build quality is less than.
