I tried a friend's tens. It worked nice but setting was a hassle. The app with this model helps target the relief and intensity quickly.

I suffer from chronic lower back pain. I have found that when I use this TENS for about an hour after waking up the pain is gone for most of the day. You can apply and go on about your business. Be sure to use an electrode gel before applying the pad. It prolongs the life of the gel on the pad and helps to adhere to the skin. My biggest issue is that I have had a hard time understanding the different levels of intensity so I am sure that I’m not using it to its fullest potential. I have been using a TENS unit for about eight yrs. I have purchased all kinds. My favorite had been the Icy Hot Tens, but after COVID-19 it just mysteriously disappeared off the market and in stores. I was flabbergasted to find the Easy@home TENS unit. I had to have one and I am not disappointed. Perfect to travel with.

I have found the Easy Home TENS unit to be a great option to popping pills for pain. My arthritis pain can limit mobility and pleasure in life. The quality and effectiveness of the TENS unit and the additional pads that can be purchased as you need them are welcome additions to pain management. The unit can be worn during normal activities in and out of the home. My elderly husband has received help from it too and it helps to have additional pads so he can have his own when he uses the unit.

Works ok, but even tho it looks like the icy hot one, the snap spacing won't work.

Updated on 8/28/23: I am so bummed, they have a new glue-backing on these and it sucks. The old ones had weak glue that didn't stick for very long, 3 or 3 uses. but if I just cleaned them with a dab of water, they were sticky again. I was able to get about 12-15 uses out of them that way. But now this latest batch I bought has a really sticky glue that makes it painful to pull off the skin and it's giving me a rash. So I can't even wear them in the location I need them in bc there's a big rash there now. I WANT THE OLD GLUE BACK!!! THIS SUCKS!! I loved these, and now I don't.I have a frozen shoulder and pain runs through my arm at the slightest wrong move. The tens machine keep me from feeling most of it because my brain is too busy feeling the vibrations instead. I love these. I also used them several years ago when my back went out on me, and it kept me from being if god awful pain. High recommend these things. (also, I think its supposed to help stimulate blood circulation too, which helps with healing, or so I have read.)

some of the pads work great, stick well, blah blah. But some only work maybe once if that and the sticky is gone! I make sure to clean the skin with rubbing alcohol before hand to make sure skin oils do not ruin the stick. But some just dont work well

I’ve been using the Easy@Home TENS unit and replacement pads for some time now and it really has helped me quite a bit! Very portable, easy to use and the charge lasts for a while but as the unit ages, the charge does not last as long, but it is rechargeable, so, no need for buying batteries, which is a great feature. The pads are very affordable, but you need to clean them after each use and put the pad back on the plastic sheet that it came on for the pad to last a while. It has a fair amount of programs and intensities for such a compact unit. Bottom line, I would buy it again, no question! For individuals with arthritic joints and muscle pain and stiffness, it is wonderful. It is so compact, you can take it anywhere with you and for folks who would not rather take a pain reliever, this is the device for you.
