Fractal Design Meshify S2 - Mid Tower Computer Case - Airflow/Performance - 3X Silent Fans and Nexus Smart Hub Included - PSU Shroud - Modular Interior - Water-Cooling Ready - USB Type C - Blackout

I selected this case as part of a desktop build with i9 processor. My priorities were a case that was quiet and had enough room to work in and add all the components I wanted. This was my first desktop build.Pluses:The case is high end and all materials are top notch. It is well worth the money.All components were included and the instructions were very clear and helpful.Plenty of room for plenty of fans and clearance for a CPU cooler and graphics card.Good size case for a first build.Negatives:As others have noted, the front mesh screen pops off easily but the audio and USB inputs are hard wired to the top of the panel. This prevents it from being completely removed. So far, this has not posed any problems.3.5" audio jack on top panel only accepts 2 ring jacks. Not a problem - If you are using headphones that have 3 rings (apple headphones w/ mic), you will need an adapter cable to accept devices that have 3 rings. Example (regular stereo headphones will tend to have two rings creating three sections with two of them providing the connection to the left and right speakers. Three rings: If you plug a three-ringed audio jack into the device, it means that your device is designed to have a microphone).Recommendation:I would highly recommend this case. If I build another desktop, I would buy the same case again!

What Fractal lacks in originality, they make up for in quality. They're the Porche of cases: they re-make the same design every year, but it's hard to fix what isn't broken.Airflow is good. The fans are not great, but they're quiet and they get the job done. The aesthetics are understated but attractive. The build quality is good. The cable management is very good. There's plenty of room for a 3090 or custom cooling, and there's a lot of options as far as where to put what pieces.It's not super flashy, but it's a really good case.

Really loving fractal cases lately previously moving build out of a "Define R6" and into the "meshify S2" and I absolutely love it. The "define R6" was nice but the sound panels dont really do a lot for noise and does not have the best cooling and then they came out with this being exactly what I wanted as the regualr "meshify C" was just to small and tight. This case has amazing airflow and cooling capabilities and fits everything pretty well other then some ram clearance contact when trying to mount a 280mm radiator in the top with ram that has wide light bars on the top of them but it still fits. The hdd trays can also hold ssd which for some reason no one wanted to ever mention making a total of 7 actual ssd locations which is exactly what I needed for my all ssd build. I just love almost every last detail of this case from airflow dropping all of my temperatures dramatically and the superb build quality but I do advice you be very careful with the mesh filter area as they are the only things that could bend and warp easily if your not careful so keep that in mind.I couldn't recommend this case enough even with some minor nitpicks but again the one big problem is the ram contact with large aio and fans so i really wish this case was a bit taller to fix that on top of allowing more space for cables and all that at the top but shouldn't be that huge of a issue with a simple tower color of a descent size. Loved how I was even able to use the white ssd trays and pci covers from the define r6 in this case for a nice black and white look so that was a big plus.

This case is awesome. It’s damn near perfection. Yes there is room for improvements, but there just subtle changes. I love the TP glass side and even more how it connects to the case.PROs:Huge case, Well Constructed, A Place for Everything, Ventilated Everywhere, Precision Fit, Extreme ExtensibilityCONs:1. The case needs to be about two inches taller. If you place an EXTA motherboard like EVGA’s x299 Dark into this case you have 30 mm of space above the case for a radiator and fan.2. The front panel clipped completely on or off. It’s a real pain screwing fans in near the top.It Would Be Nice If ...1. The PSU cage was easier to access2. If the PSU has two openings instead of one. The new one needs to be just big enough for a fan and radiator.3. The 24 pin and USB cables had about 1/2 inch more space to feed cables through.

I was going for a slightly over kill pc build with water-cooling Aio & a graphics card that was very long with three fans & it was difficult finding something that would fit everything @ a nice price. This case looks fantastic, cable management was very easy airflow is great! This case was able to fit all my stuff with ease, the only thing I would note is you need to be very careful when removing the glass panel I could easily see myself droping it accidentally & it shaddering.

Pros plenty of space inside if you are water cooling. Cable management in the back was well thought out. Airflow has been exceptional compared to my previous case the NZXT 710Cons front panel should have been completely detachable. The front io panel gets in the way of that. More of a inconvenience than anything.All in all I had a good build experience with this case. A lot more room than the NZXT 710. My GPU was literally touching the pump/ res which was barely fit in there.

[I got the black model, without the glass window.]It has removable filters on front and bottom, room for at least six fans, comes with all brackets and screws, and is very nicely done in every way.I installed an MSI Creation x570 motherboard in this. FYI that's oversize EATX and barely fits since it covers part of the cable pass-through slots. But it does go in.Overall this case is a great purchase that I will be very happy with for a long time.

will work perfect lots of options, it is abit expensive, but totally worth it, u get what u pay for. all i can say glad i did. almost bought a different kind of case. glad i didn't. this one is pretty darn good.

I find the case great for airflow, my temps dropped 8 -10degc under heavy loadThe case looks great and was easy to install. My only complaint is I'd have liked a little more depth for cable runs and the fan cables are to short if you want to go direct to the motherboard instead of using the supplied fan header

Excellent. Building on this was a breeze. Just be wary of the size (it's long!)

The Meshify S2 really set the bar for the mesh trend and good airflow. It has aged well and still performs well in comparisons. The tempered glass side and overall configuration options are really nice. The filters are great if you are in dust prone environment and help keep the insides of your case cleaner. Just make sure to clean the filters more often.

Liked this case as it is easy to assemble and has provision for AIO cooling of any size. Lots of fan mounting positions.Very pleased.
