Mothca Matte screen protectors have always been my go to since my 12, the screen has such a smooth and paper like feeling to it that I currently still use this brand to my 15 over any others on the market. Absolutely love that it comes with an applicator guide too. 10/10 recommend!

tl;dr: Great screen protector for the price; no annoying black border; fingerprint reduction; simple install.Finding a decent quality anti-glare screen protector is challenging enough, and the iPhone XS & XS Max pose an added challenge with the new sleek edge-to-edge screen. The previous matte screen protector I was using had a black border on the edges. I didn't expect this at the time of purchase, and at first it didn't bother me much. After a while however, it really started to annoy me. It took away from one of the flagship features of the newer iPhones– the beautiful edge-to-edge screen.This screen protector does NOT have the annoying black border that many others on Amazon do! Hallelujah! You can compare the anti-glare, or matte, quality in the photo with a clear screen protector next to it with a lamp overhead. The anti-glare quality is just as good as any others I've used in the past. I've been using anti-glare screen protectors for years now, and I can't ever go back.Whatever the material or texture is that's used to produce the matte finish typically also reduces fingerprints for whatever reason. This screen protector is no exception and it makes a SIGNIFICANT reduction in fingerprints.A tip for installation (for any screen protector), after cleaning with the wet and dry cloths, use a can of compressed air to blow away any remaining dust. Be careful which direction you blow the dust away so that it doesn't get stuck on the protector before you apply it. Also try to apply it as quickly as possible after you spray; the dust will be in the air and want to cling back to the screen. I successfully installed this time with no dust underneath!

I've gotten compliments from friends about this screen protector. The edges aren't too sharp on your fingers. If you use your phone as a GPS in the car you will want this as it stops the glare and reflections. The matte coating also hides finger prints and makes it super easy to clean. There is also a consistent feeling from day to day when sliding your finger across the screen that feels silky smoothe.

If you don’t have one, get it. Easy to install and works great.

I am very happy with this product! (I bought for the iPhone 11 Pro Max) The matte finish is very nice and gives a classy look to the phone. Still seems very clear to me, blacks aren’t as black as they normally would be but that’s what you would expect with a matte surface. It feels like silk! I love the texture. Fingerprints aren’t as noticeable, I can see my screen while it’s in the holder, in the sunlight and there’s no glare! I will definitely purchase this product again! I’m not sure how durable it is, but so far it seems to be holding up nicely. I had my screen replaced and brought this in to have the folks at geek squad install it for me so, I’m not sure how easy it was, but it seems to be good quality, no bubbles and adhered very well to the screen.

I’ve used this screen protector on my iPhones for years. I keep coming back to them because the appearance quality is very good. Haven’t found any protector with a better matte look.That said, unless you take great care to protect the protector, the product will crack, peel, or show significant wear after just a few months of constant use.It’s a relatively inexpensive product, so I don’t really mind replacing it often…because, like I said, it’s a very nice look on the phone.Easy to clean with a damp cloth. Dirt and fingerprints are never an issue.

My previous screen protector was shiny and constantly had fingerprints. It was driving me nuts! This screen protector is super easy to apply and has a wonderful matte surface that is so peaceful and zen to me. Love, love, love it!

I’ve had mine for a little over 6 months and had to use the 2nd one in the package. Only reason is because I’ve dropped mine numerous times and the screen protector chipped off, but saved my screen!It’s easy to put on! The screen protector is sturdy and will hold up for most day to day use. If you’re a bit more rough with your phone, this may not be for you.The look: it’s matte finish is sleek. I’ve gotten compliments from people asking me where I got my screen protector and like how the screen protector makes sliding your finger that much easier compared to the standard iPhone screen.Fingerprints: it’s not perfect but the protector does a great job of keeping them minimal. If you get fingerprints, just wipe on your shirt and you’re good to go.Overall: WORTH IT! I’ve had a lot of coworkers go with this brand and thanked me for it.

Desde que uso este protector de pantalla no tengo problemas visualizando la pantalla del movil a pleno sol, cosa que antes me traía de cabeza. No es de los más baratos para nada pero sin duda es el mejor que he probado. Lo seguiré comprando

L'effet anti-reflet fonctionne au détriment de la qualité et la clarté de l'image, de plus le format m’a empêché de disposer le verre avec une coque déjà presente sur mon iphone

The media could not be loaded.  PRO:- echtes Glas und keine lummelige Folie- ja, es ist Glas und mir ist auch schon mal eines an der Kante angebröselt, als ich eine Thermoskanne zusätzlich zum iPhone in die Beintasche gesteckt habe (fragt nicht warum...) - aber es war zum Glück nur das Panzerglas und nicht das Display selbst!- Deshalb kann ich auch sagen, dass das Panzerglas rückstandsfrei wieder vom Display gelöst werden konnte.- eines der wenigen MATTEN Panzergläser, das man findet und das hat folgende Vorteile:- keine Fingerabdrücke mehr auf dem Display- keine gerichteten Reflexionen mehr - Sichtbarkeit draußen wird wesentlich verbessert- das Glas ist nur in der Mitte matt und hat einen ca. 1mm breiten nicht matten Rand - sieht sehr edel aus- samtweicher Touch- für jedes unserer bisherigen Phone-Modelle lieferbar- in der Verpackung (siehe Foto) sind 2 Panzerglasfolien (eine ist schon auf dem Display drauf und fehlt deshalb auf dem Foto!), 2 Sets mit je einem nassen und einem trockenen Reinigungstuch und "Dust Removal Sticker" - sehr praktisch um nach dem Putzen noch die inzwischen gelandeten Staubkörnchen los zu werden.- die Verpackung ist kein Plastikbomber, sondern aus ehrlicher Pappe mit einem Moosgummi-Rand - kann gut recycelt werden, wenn man sie nicht zum Briefmarkensammeln missbrauchen möchte ;-)- der Preis ist genial - im Apple Store wollte man mir ein (!) spiegelndes (!) Schutzglas für 35,- EUR (!) verkaufen- Irgendwo habe ich gelesen, dass das Bild mit matten Schutzgläsern "grisselig" wird. Also selbst mit Lesebrille auf der Nase fällt mir bei diesem matten Panzerglas nichts Negatives auf. Das Bild ist so scharf wie bei einem hochwertigen entspiegelten PC-Monitor - und fast so scharf wie die Peperoni im Video :-)CON:- Sollte ein Panzerglas mal gewechselt werden müssen und man zieht es vom Display ab, dann kann es winzige Glassplitterchen geben - also am besten über sicherem Untergrund (Abfalleimer) arbeiten und nachher Finger waschen. Aber es ist halt Glas und das ist bei anderen Herstellern, die ich früher mal hatte, das gleiche.Zur INSTALLATION:Man muss vor (!) dem Abziehen der Schutzfolie auf der Klebeseite des Panzerglases gut ausprobieren, wo man das Glas haben möchte! Es ist keine Schablone dabei (braucht man auch nicht, wenn man keine zwei linke Hände hat). Nachträgliches Verschieben geht nicht und wenn man das Glas wieder abzieht und neu ansetzt, dann besteht die Gefahr, dass irgendwo wieder fiese Staubkörnchen landen.Ich ziehe immer erst ca. 2 cm von der Schutzfolie ab, lege das Panzerglas so an, wie ich es mir vorher überlegt habe und ziehe dann langsam die Folie zwischen Panzerglas und Display Stück für Stück weiter raus bis zum Ende. Dabei saugt sich das Panzerglas fast selbständig auf dem Display-Glas fest - Blasen hatte ich noch nie.FAZIT:Auf die Handys meiner Familie kommen keine anderen Schutzfolien oder Panzergläser mehr!

Broke my old anti-glare screen protector a few days ago and got this the day after (you can see them side by side). I was worried because some reviews said that the screen quality was bad after application but I wasn’t sure if they came from people who knew this was common among anti-glare tempered glass.I can say that the screen brightness is substantially dimmer than my old one and seeing the bare iPhone screen quality in between taken off my old broken tempered glass, I can confirm that the screen quality is affected. I think it affects my iPhone more than my previous anti-glare screen protector, so looks like those reviews were not unfounded.However, I have to say that this trade-off between screen quality and screen scrolling smoothness was worth it. My screen is so smooth now! My friends are envious of my iPhone now. This is why I love matte tempered glass and changing to them has improved my iPhone experience because there’s barely any oils on my screen. This screen retains even less oil than my previous one which I thought was pretty good. Awesome tempered glass, easy installation. Happy that it came in two and will be buying from this brand if I do switch phones in the future. To anti-glare matte tempered glass users looking to switch, I can’t definitively say it’s the best out there (since I haven’t tried them all) but I love it and I don’t think you’d regret getting this one.tl;dr Screen brightness dimmer, and screen quality more adversely affected than previous screen protector. However, this trade-off is worth it for the extra smoothness on my screen over previous screen protector. Better than previous protector at not retaining oils as well. I love it but whether or not you will depends on whether you’re okay with the trade-off.
