Good shrinkage
The heat shrink states it has a 3:1 shrink ratio and I can confirm it does. This makes it more useful as you don't need to have as many sizes in your tool box. It shrunk down fairly quickly when heat was applied. I can recommend this product.

Uneven & unreliable shrinkage
I bought this to re-cover the handle of a tool. Unfortunately the tubing shrinks unevenly, leaving bubbles or flared ends and the shrink ratio seems lower than stated. The glue is ineffective and the tubing relaxes over time becoming loose. I have tried multiple times with various levels of heating to obtain an even tight fit without success.Perhaps I got a bad batch but whatever the reason my experience means I cannot recommend it.
