It completely melted the first time I used it to the point it can't be used anymore and I have bought 4 and they all did the same thing! This thing is a big fire hazard and don't understand how it passed us customs! Do not buy I promise the same will happen to you just read the reports and listen to the rating! It isn't no 4 or 5 star product! Amazon should take this down if they don't want to get suid one day!

When I received the first product, I was disappointed because it was made of plastic. The unit did not work so I had it replaced. I received the second unit and it also didn’t work it would not stay on. It did not burn the herbs so will be returning.

This product only stays on as long as button is pressed every few minutes. Once button is pressed it works for a minute then turns off again.

This looked really neat and easy so, I bought it, charged it, tried it, but it would not burn natural Frankincense or Myrrh. It just does not get hot enough to properly burn natural resin. Anyone want to buy a slightly used USB burner?

I LOVE THIS BURNER because I don’t have to worry about a small fire in my house. Lol My house smells so good. However, I wish the charging cord was a little more sturdy. My only complaint) The reason for only 4 stars and not 5.

I got one and when I receive it, it’s not working at all

It keeps turning off and barely any smoke comes out and it was on the charger for a day.
