Damaged goods
The charcoal in each pencil is completely shattered and I actually haven’t been able to use them as they crumble everyone I’ve tried to use them.Very disappointing as these are a popular charcoal pencil and I looked forward to using them.

Opened the package and it has 2 medium and 1 soft pencil. Hard one is missing. Not eligible for return. :(
