I have used the sleep product from this company and it actually works. I was so happy that I ordered this Zen product. I only take 1 since taking 2 the first time relaxed me so I was falling asleep. Take 2 only at night and I take the 1 in the morning if needed. Recommended to my daughter.

I tend to run a bit anxie, but for past few years, I have unknowingly been fighting with heavy metal toxicity.
