Our 5 yr old son has always experienced leg pain during car rides no matter which car seat or booster we have tried. This pillow, with both chambers inflated, has made his car rides significantly more comfortable. Our daughter also says it makes her ride more comfortable so we have ordered one for her as well. It is extremely quick and simple to inflate with the included air bag pump (see photo). It deflated easily too and can be stored in the bag pump’s zippered compartment. We haven’t had any spills, but it appears we could easily wipe it down. We haven’t used it on a plane yet, but i believe it would make a very nice seat extension (bed) for a child and is lightweight enough to carry through the airport in hand luggage.

This was the most useful throughout the 14 hour flight. If you happen to get a vacant seat, this makes the seat and the space in front a full bed for the kid. highly recommended if traveling with kids. very easy to inflate, although it might take some time to pack and deflate.

The upgraded version has an easy roll up air pump so you don't have to blow it up with your mouth, & no bothering with electric air pumps, which is a nice touch. It can be a bit more difficult to maneuver in smaller planes like on Air Alaska, but Air Canada had more room & it was very easy. Either way the foot rest made the trip a lot more comfortable for my legs.

I'm an older person who suffers from swollen legs when traveling for long hours. I'm looking forward to using this product on my next trip. I don't fly often any longer, but I do need to get my legs up after hours in the car. Not all accommodations have hassocks or other comfortable means of raising my legs. We also have a travel trailer where a place to lift my legs up will be welcome. We inflated this when it arrived and it was easy to do. It held the air for over a week before we released it and stored the foot rest in the bag. While I was using the foot rest I was very comfortable. It was a perfect height for the chair. It's an easy size to tuck into a suitcase. I think this will likely be a great buy for my needs.

The air was escaping during the 2nd use on a long haul. I think there was a small rip near the openings that is causing air to escape. I've only used it on flights and so this only really worked for me on one flight. Really poor quality product.

Ordered this to use on my trip, to find out Hawaiian Airlines does not except such a thing.I was pretty bummed out because it was fast and easy to inflate.I recommend you to check with your airlines prior to purchase.

This is my 2nd one. First one kept deflating for some reason. Must have had a hole we created somehow. I use this under my desk when at the computer. Perhaps one day it will come in more handy if I use it traveling. It's alright however I honestly think for under desk daily use I would prefer something soft but solidly stationed.

I purchased this because I recently had extensive foot surgery and needed to elevate my foot but still work on my computer and this is absolutely PERFECT!!! Soft but sturdy enough and just the right height to keep my foot elevated! Told and showed my doctor the product and he is now recommending it to his patients too!
