Good old fashioned door stop
Nice antique finish and not too small either - works a treat and goes partly under the door - works on wood floors as well without marking.

This was a present for friends. The gap between the bottom of the door and the ground was large and this cast metal doorstop was big enough to do the job, stylish and a good price

Metal doorstop
I needed a doorstop for an outside door. Most doorstops are only suitable for indoor use. This is ok for outdoors but could be heavier. I suppose a heavier one would be more expensive!
