I needed a continuously 10 minute timer and I figured that the electronic timers I looked at did not have the option of just having 10 minutes continuously. The sand timer works perfect for me since I'm a ham radio operator and need to identify every 10 minutes to be legal.

I have the 10 and 20 minute. They are small and sit on my desk at work. I use them to track time or when meeting with employees. Keeps them from planting roots in my office.

No sound which makes it perfect for my meditation time. :-)

Nicely crafted hourglass. Looks clean and symmetrical. Materials seem decent quality. Very satisfied.

I WFH so I need something to remind me to step away and stretch. Some people say to set an alarm using my cell phone but the problem is I will start using my cell phone (check notifications, or services) and lose productivity. This hour glass is great because no notification and no distractions. It is not 100% accurate so if your application is time sensitive then you know what you are getting yourself into.

I purchased the 1 hour timer and it has worked great so far.

Pros: It looks nice! The frame is sturdy, and the sand does not clump.Cons: When I unpacked the hourglass it had unseated itself from the foam pads that hold it place between the wooden frame. I was able to get it back in but I felt like I had come close to breaking it while pushing it back into place.I also timed the hourglass a few times and it came to 20min and 50s plus/minus a second or two

looks better on the site...when i saw it, it looked cheap..Kmart stuff...as far as accuracy..its not good..but if u want to use it for timing something that takes ABOUT an hour or so or less...this is the product 4 U. ..my assumption..its worth about 4.99 TOPS.....

J'en ai besoin pour faire attention au temps que je passe au téléphone avec des clients. Ca me permet de donner des tranches de temps de 15minutes et ca me rappelle le temps qui passe de manière élégante.Un corps de verre avec du sable rose pour compter les 15 minutes. Entouré par un socle de bois peint en blanc.
