Possible base staining
When cleaning avoid getting water into the join around the middle as this can gravitate to the base causing a stain

Not 470mls.
Lovely colour (red), but it only holds 400mls not 470, I also found thr suction wasn't great ( although I didn't buy it for that). Quick delivery though.

Good product, works well
All good, but if buying for the aged/infirm etc then it would benefit from a 'sipper' top, hence only 4 stars - but a good product overall.

Light weight and Ineffective
So it doesn't stick down on any surface.This I'm not worried about, I don't really care about the stick down bit.What is very poor is the body is loose and very badly assembled. It is light weight and unsatisfying to use.Hot drinks go cold very quickly, far more quickly than even any ceramic mug.

Good Mug
Perfect mug for use on boat!No spill and accidental knocking over.

Never buy it again
It is only 250 ml.It is leaking because the top doesn't close it properly.It doesn't keep warmth too long.It is not comfortable feeling to touch by lips.Good looking but nothing else. :(

Practical and well made mug
Really pleased with the item. It's made from high-quality materials. Also, it's practical - I'm always taking it to work. Keeps the temperature for hours! Can strongly recommend.
