Great graphics card for an older computer with a PCI ...
Great graphics card for an older computer with a PCI slot. I have an older Supermicro system board that used to be utilized as a server but is now just a desktop PC. I used this card for a dual monitor setup. Works great. I run Windows 10 and it found the driver automatically in the device manager. There are not many options for a PCI card that supports Windows 10 but this one does. The price is a little steep but I expected as much considering what I was trying to accomplish.

it is very good for general use, not as good for watching streaming video
I have 4 monitors, 2 on pci/e x16 and 2 on PCI. The old PCI card died so I bought this. It works fine for general Windows 7 apps.2D graphics in stock trading software displayed quickly and perfectly.Out of curiosity I played HULU and Amazon prime video on the monitors in SD and HD. The video was sometimes choppy or stalled. This was on a 23" screen at various resolutions up to 1680x1050, not full HD. Amazon uses Silverlight and performed much better than Flash player in hulu. Watching in SD was usually better than HD.This PC isn't used for gaming so I have no knowledge of game performance.Like almost all cards with 3 outputs only 2 of them can be used at a time.

This is just an outstanding PCI video card that can be used in both old & newer operating systems
I'm completely happy having purchased this card. Video action is much improved over the 256MB AGP card I was using before. Visuals are sharp & quick and not suffering from a slow motion effect. Initially I had trouble with the High Def audio driver (it couldn't start) and being a tech I tried everything to remedy without success. Finally, I was left with the nuclear option since there was a conflict with my Asus audio card. I reinstalled the system and did a lot of Windows updating before installing the Asus driver. Thereafter, I did more updating before installing the Sparkle video & high def drivers plus 2 other extras. The end result was driver harmony. Used DriverMax to further update some old Intel system device drivers to lend further support for the PCI & USB buses. Should you take that final step, remember to say "Yes" when asked if you'd like to create a restore point prior to installing new driver. That way you can boot in safe mode to restore system to original status if latest update causes a noticeable problem!!

Great card for older PCI motherboards
Great video card for older systems using PCI slots. Installation is a breeze and this is one of the best bang-for-the-buck video cards you can buy.If you have an older system that you want to breathe some new life into with some easy upgrades, you don't have to think twice about this one. I took an old worn out XP station and boosted the memory and installed this card and now I'm running Windows 7 and playing games on Steam. Sweet!

Caution: Potential issues with this card.
Two issues:1.) When first installed, got nothing but BIOS POST beep code indicating no video card found - thought the card was DOA. Further research revealed that the board uses a Pericom bridge chip to nestle a PCI-E graphics implementation onto PCI-legacy board. There appears to be no on-board BIOS extension ROM to assist this. Some older BIOS, like my own, Award 1998-vintage 4.51PG version either does see the bridge, or just does not find the graphics hardware behind it, and so does not permit board use in BIOS display, DOS apps, nor Windows install. The board is/was found & usable as a 2nd video card after Windows XP startup, however.2) The 15-pin VGA connector is placed very high on the standard height bracket. Mating plug may not find clearance beneath rolled-steel case opening at slot rear. If you need the VGA connection, you may choose to hog out case, or bracket connector opening holes to provide additional clearance.
