Shoddy and unsafe non-returnsble
This looks fancy but is same as cheap blade type heater. Very noisy, throws excess steam and I can see sparks inside. Amazon does NOT allow returns on this item!! BEWARE! Water capacity is less not safe for use beyond 10 minutes. Might as well go for cheaper model.

Heating plates get rusted very soon.
Screw Quality of plates need to be improved. This is where the rust is being spread to heating plates . Otherwise it is working fine and there is no issue in operation.

Takes a long long time to heat and steam is insufficient. Committed a mistake by buying it. Unfortunately not eligible for return also.
