I take this with inositol for my PCOS. I really think it’s helping with my period regularity. Will continue to take for my daily routine.

I had never tried Chasteberry before but I was desperate so I ordered it. My breasts had been extremely sensitive for many weeks and I couldn't touch them without a shocking electrical pain. There was nothing the doctors could find so I was literally on my own. I went through menopause 15 years ago and do not take hormones. I researched and researched and FINALLY found some anecdotal evidence on the efficacy of Chasteberry and how it can help with hormones that are "out-of-whack". Considering the circumstances I figured I didn't have much to lose except for a few dollars. To make a long story short, it worked! It took 2 weeks for them to "kick in" but it worked! I take two capsules twice a day. I'm still taking them and will until the bottle is finished. If my symptoms come back, then I'll re-order. What a relief. The price was very good and the shipping was FAST which I really appreciate considering my pain. Thank you!

Great price on Vitex! I haven't been using this product long enough to say for sure if it's made a change to my cycle, or helped me conceive, but I do know the price was right. I see no reason to pay more for the same supplement from another company. The reviews look good, too. I will try and remember to update this review once I have more information to add. I've been taking these capsules for a week or so now, and so far so good!
