How can you go wrong with Eden Foods? You can't! They have the best in the business as far as I'm concerned, high quality products every time! I have never bought any product from Eden that I was disappointed with, ever! I love their beans, all of them, as I am someone that makes soup quite often and beans are a vital part of my soups. No Salt Garbanzo Beans for Hummus!
If you make hummus and want to control the salt level in your foods this is a great choice. These beans have no added salt in them so that is great. They do have Kombu Seaweed in them. The salt content of a whole can is 175 mg. When I make hummus that is about four servings. With tahini, a little seasoning salt and a few spices these beans are easy to process in a food processor for about a minute! Since I started using these garbanzo beans, my husband asks for hummus a lot more often. They say people live longer when they eat beans so I'm always looking for new ways to add more beans to my meals. ~The Rebecca Review

Outstanding Both Ways
As expected of 'Eden,' these garbanzos are a top-notch product. They do not come out of the tin can almost disintegrated which happened to me with other brands. I derive it is because they have been cooked correctly. The product offered by 'Eden' is outstanding, and the health benefits offered by Mother Nature are built-in in each garbanzo. All of it at a sensible price considering what we consumers receive. What else can we ask for?
