Somewhere in-between
I needed a new shoulder mount for a new DSLR camera rig. I was looking at the ephoto type shoulder mounts and wanted something a bit better in terms of build and quality (My last rig was from ephoto). I can't quite afford a RedRock shoulder mount and was searching for something in-between. This is where the indiSystem DSLR shoulder mount came in. I was a bit worried the 24" was going to be a bit much, but the rig fits my gear well. A few cons I have about the rig: The shoulder pad is too long, it takes up more room then it needs to. Also the quick release plate is not as solid as I hoped. I also thought the rig was a bit pricey, but when compared to similar rigs it's not too bad. The handles now and then do get a little loose, so try not to over tighten. I had the Shrig Rig years ago from indiSystem, and they make solid rig's.Update: 1/24/2016:After using this rig for over 2 years now, I can say it has become a bit cumbersome. I also paid much less than this is listed now (around 249), you can get a much better rig for the amount they are charging for this.

Great rig but update pics
So far I love this rig, The only thing is that the one I got has different handles (still good, biggest difference was the foam grip instead of rubber), also, shoulder pad has only one mounting point instead of 5. Other than that, great rig!!!
