I cannot say this is a bad item it just wasn't what I needed. If you need the effects of a push up bra this is the item for you, if you want posture correction I would suggest you keep looking.

Too small and the straps dig into your skin
The support is too small and the straps dig into your skin making it very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it.
