Buying gold for cakes and baking is sort of a crap shoot. You don't really know how much you're going to get or the size of the flakes until it shows up. The only issue with that is this stuff is crazy expensive no matter what form you buy it in! I've been contemplating buying it by the sheet but I really just want to be able to add by the piece so I went with this option. I was reading reviews and watching price based on the weight in a jar. This seemed like the best value for the amount and had decent reviews. I'm really glad I purchased it! The wood tweezers that came with it are a joke, I can't imagine trying to use them but it's a nice gesture I guess. I have long offset tweezers which is what I recommend using instead. I am happy with the amount, the quality and the variation of size the flakes came in.

Will be Using this on top of my Wedding cake. Loved the packaging, and presentation. Applying to desserts it’s easy and fun! Adds beauty!

As advertised. Perfectly edible, as far as I can tell. You'll need a small brush to effectively apply the good; it's very delicate.

The media could not be loaded.  It Carry yourself like a champion now so when you get there, it's not a surprise.
