I loved Walker and Cici’s story. They had both been hurt before and were wary of being hurt again. I liked that they took it slowly and didn’t instantly fall in love.The descriptions of the settings was wonderful and lush. I really felt like I was at the spring and in the distillery.I will definitely read more books by this author.

I have loved all the Bourbon Springs books. I think I liked this one best. CiCi is a strong woman but has her issues from her past. Understandably it carries over into her relationship with Walker. I think Walker was too harsh with her about his ex and accusing her of acting immaturely about that situation. But she told him what an ass he was being and I liked that she didn't wimp out. All in all a great book and a great series.

A little more detail than I needed in the intimate scenes but a very good storyline. It was a page turner.

Love these story lines! I also love how much I'm learning about bourbon! Incredibly intriguing! Gives a solid story line in between the "sex stuff" which makes it a great read! Even as a stand alone. But why would you want to when there are so many others out there to read! Well rounded and we'll written characters and introducing new cheaters and the series moves forward. I love them. Highly recommended.

Lots of interesting info in this book, with well built characters. A smooth story that flows nicely into a romance.

Trust is always apart of love! This is all about the trust and love that some people have a hard time finding. This was a wonderful story! This is a great series!

Good series to read.

Not read anything by this author before but did like the sound of this book. Saw that it was free and thought I would give this book ago. I just never felt a connection with the characters or the storyline even thow it’s was very well written, a good storyline and characters that where okay. Just wished I could have connected with them. I would still recommend this book thow!

Walker has taken months to get to know CiCi, they've both been divorced and he wants to go slow. Finally they get together only for his ex wife to start working at his company. CiCi knows Jana wants him back and when Jana has an accident good guy Walker lets her stay with him. CiCi walks away.

Love these books I have read the first 4 in the series and im pleased to see there are at least another 4 to read I will be buying all books in the series

And went downhill fast. The author needs to watch her word choices, "civil" and "civic" are not synonymous.For me, the male lead wasn't anyone I'd want to say yes to if he asked me out, which he seems far too timid to do. And, getting all excited because he saw an iris that he liked on their drive back to work just didn't do it for me.All of that aside, the writing is staid and lacklustre to say the least. Too much story telling and not enough 'story' to move along. Gave up less than five minutes into the book. Time is too precious to waste.
