Awesome information!!
Cannot give this book more than 5 stars, but it deserves much more! It is easy to understand how to cook in your instant pot, even if you do not know how to cook. A variety of every day recipes here, There was a lot of options that you can choose from. All of them are going to offer advice and suggestions on what you are able to do to lose weight. This book is well organized. The recipes are easy and delicious.This would make an incredible cookbook for anybody whether you are on an eating regimen or not. Its an incredible cookbook with loads of helpful and simple formulas. The cookbook is put together really well. Recommended this book!

Mediterranean Diet is a very great book! Love this book and the recipes!!! I haven't found a bad recipe yet!! If you are serious about the diet then buy this cookbook! I was hesitant at first because I prefer cookbooks with pictures as well and a lot of people complained about that but seriously who really cares right....???? Except for some of the seafood recipes a lot of the ingredients can be found in your pantry. My boyfriend was unsure at first of the diet but he lost weight within the first week and he loves it!!! If you want pictures then take one after you make the recipe and tape it at the bottom of the recipe in your book! Also buy fresh seafood!!! It's worth it ❤ That's amazing one!

Excellent book
Pasta with peas appeared to be a good combination of perfectly fit the Mediterranean diet pasta and protein and energy charged peas.Mediterranean diet doesn’t forbid but only recommends consuming certain foods. The recipes in this book are written with the focus on cheese, fish, beans and vegetables intake.

MY NEW MEAL PREP PAL! I LOVE IT!
I was extremely surprised by the value of this book for the price! I was just expecting a cookbook with a couple weeks worth of meals but no.. it explains the what, why and how of the Mediterranean diet! There are a lot of recipes for every meal, including pizza and pasta! These are also all perfect for people who like to meal prep. A lot of the recipes make quite a bit of servings so it was perfect for me! This is an awesome book especially for the value!!MY NEW MEAL PREP PAL! I LOVE IT!

Awesome book! Yummy
Yummy book! This cookbook told me in detail about the ketogenic diet, the history of its occurrence, its differences from the others diet and its benefits. A large list of recipes adapted for instant pot. All recipes for nutritional composition fully comply with the ketogenic diet. Most of all I liked the dishes from chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Great to read!

Can’t judge a book by the reviews.
Not only extremely disappointed in this cookbook, but in myself for spending $11 on it. The cookbook is amateurish. Obviously published by Brandon Hearn himself, as evidenced by numerous typographical and grammatical errors. I assumed the “Beginnners” part of the title meant to the Mediterranean Diet and not to cooking. The recipes are childishly written: “get out a plate, get out a bowl, get out another plate, add “your” ingredients, start by heating your oven”, etc. The very first recipe is a Spinach Omelet with no spinach listed in the ingredients.After going through the cookbook, I became skeptical and reread the reviews. My opinion, majority of reviews have the same writing style as the author. I’ve never seen so many exclamation points used as in these reviews!!! Also, many reviews mentioned different author names as well as recipes not in this cookbook: Brittany, Mr. Matthews, “her”. Other things mentioned which I did not find in the cookbook: Ketogenics, Instant Pot, cooking chart, recipe index, adding variety to recipes and ideas on sides, references to primary research resources, spices and their flavor profiles, pasta with peas, English muffin tuna sandwich, shrimp and sausage gumbo recipes, and more.Personally, I like seeing a colorful picture of a completed recipe. The tiny, black and white pictures in this cookbook do not make any of the dishes look very appealing/appetizing.As with any review, these are my opinions about this cookbook. I will be continuing my search for a Mediterranean Diet cookbook.
