Build.com has very good customer service. Very light tub to install. But......I would choose a different model next time I bought a tub.

ZERO QUALITY CONTROL FOR THIS TUB! THOUGH IS LIKE TO HAVE ONE I COULD ACTUALLY INSTALL!!We purchased the Mirabelle Sitka tub.Unfortunately, we have now received our third manufactured defective tub. The first tub had a sizeable chip on front apron and large scratch. The second was poorly constructed, and had a sizeable 2x chunk out of the ease corner of the front apron. The third tub, was supposed to be inspected by the warehouse manager, personally. It showed minor perfections on the front apron due to poor molding at factory.People who are saying this tub is easy to install.... I completely disagree. You must install a stringer board around each side of the alcove tub, slide the tub in to level, then pull it back out, pour thinset mortar, replace tub onto stringer board, but not so that it rests on the outer lip. Then feet must be highly planted in mortar bed (all as per instructions). Afterwards, allowed to dry at least a day before you can begin to tile around it.I don't know about other's idea of easy install... but cutting and nailing lumber to my studs, nailing and leveling a stringer board, sitting tub appropriately on stringer board, installing a drain, and putting a mortar bed under a tub, in my opinion is not easy!I do LOVE the look of this tub! If only they delivered one that has no flaws or mfg defects which can actually be installed, vI'm sure I might love it!
