Bad hard drive.
I really like the computer although it did have a bad hard drive right out of the box. Cybertron is sending me another one and the gentleman i talked to was very helpful, he walked me through taking the hard drive out my old pc and installing it in the new one. Very good customer service.

So far i'm not impressed
I ordered this computer for 2 reasons. 1: because it has windows 8 (i refuse to use windows 10) and 2: All the reviews that i've seen for this product and company were good. So i buy it, its delivered and i open it up and power on only to be greeted with windows error messages that force restarts. I call cybertron and they say that the windows version is corrupted and to reinstall it, ok i can handle that. I burn a disk and start the install then the power supply quits on me. This brand new computer had only been running for a few min and it straight dies like that, I wasnt impressed. So i call customer service and they give me a shiping slip and tell me it would be fixed within 7-14 days of reciept. Fast forward a few weeks i'm wondering whats going on with my computer so i give cybertron another call to see what the deal is. I was told i would recieve a call with an update, so far that has not happened. I am still waiting to find out exactly whats going on.

A great buy ... don't hesitate ... you will not regret it!!
I bought this desktop machine as a game/personal computer. I play World of Tanks and it handles this game to the HIGHEST resolution. It was well packaged. All the documentation for all components were included. It was loaded with Windows 8.1. This desktop computer worked immediately from the box. I had problems with my printer/display/wireless keyboard mouse working; but, I expected this since I moved from a 7 year old desktop running Windows/XP Professional to Windows 8.1. My XP desktop up and died one day 2 months ago and I was forced to buy a complete new desktop. The backup service I used did a great job for restoring XP user data to my now 8.1 system. That also was not a straight forward process since the differences between XP and 8.1 are significant. None of these problems were from this Cybertron desktop. I only mention these problems that some considering an upgrade to 8.1 would be aware of Windows problems. This Cybertron works flawlessly. It is a good buy and I recommend it to anyone like myself who is not a hard core gamer but wanting to have a desktop for personal and gaming use.

Just build one
if you look up the price everything that this has in it, on the lowest cost your looking about 400, at highest cost maybe...... 550. Definitely a good begginner pc gamer, but i couldn't see this running allot of stuff with the graphics card it has in it. If your going into gaming on pc's you should build your own, not buy one, since you will inevitably upgrade something in it. If you got this to play the new BF1 or COD, you would then have to spend an extra 250 on a new graphics card off rip. Newegg, ebay, and amazon are great for pc parts.Intel i5-4570 - 170Roswelli Case - 30PNY 8gb RAM - 40Win 10 - 100MSI H81 MOBO - 40EVGA PSU - 30EVGA 950 - 180total - 590

Great for first Gaming PC.
After 7 years I finally upgraded my Mom's PC to this computer. The specs where pretty good, and the price was just right. Everything was packed very well, and I was very surprised to see that the GPU had the latest drives. This is a great little system for a casual gamer. Now to decided if I want to introduce my Mom to Online Gaming. lolUpdate: While installing a SSD I noticed it also came with a 550 Watt PSU, not 450 like the description. Nice little bonus.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. Go out and build your own pc that is 3 times better for way less than this. I will also say that the parts they use are very cheap and unreliable and the psu will probably catch on fire.

Great for Gaming and Future Proof!!!
This Desktop is just a great gaming machine and has the ability to handle ANY game I have thrown at it. The RAM and graphics card are upgradable so you are future proof!
