Awesome costumer service
The bulbs work great, and Fast shipping. Some of the bulbs arrived broken which we were expecting. We called the number on the box and the company shipped new ones the next day. They even sent a couple extra. We couldn’t ask for any better costumer service than what we received.

Best customer service
This company has wonderful customer service. We ordered 16 tanning bulbs and only 6 arrived intact. I contacted the company (telephone number was clearly labeled in orange on the box) and received the replacement bulbs 3 days later. The tanning bulbs are great. I’m much darker after 1 session.

Some was broke and they seem to be used
I am so sad to have spent money on this product. I had a broken bulb and I swear I think they are used they don’t get hot one bulbs had some red paint on it .. never again and it’s too much work to take them all back out to return I’m just going to sell my tanning bed but I have never been so disappointed! I wish these bulbs would have just been hot and good I wasn’t even worried about the one broken one…
