I was surprised it arrived so quick but the FEDEX guy told me it was 1 box. There was no sign saying 1 of 3 boxes and I got the other 2 boxes next day. When I opened the box, the back hard plastic was very dirty. Seems like someone dragged on the floor to pack it. After I cleaned it up, it looks better.Assembly isn't hard even it takes a little skill to push the tubes, and determine left and right side of the chair. I do wish the manual can explain about the controller more and better. The first try was surprising and it works. When turned on, there are 3 auto modes. It massages very hard even I tried to reduce the strength to minimum. It doesn't seem work at all on he strength. The calf air bags are very strong and to a point it hurts. The control looks intuitive but it is not. The only thing it did massage my back.4/27/2019. I changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. After I had my wife to try out he chair, she likes it. Happy wife, Happy life! That's why I changed to 5 stars.

The chair works powerful. The message action in the back and neck is strong and can be adjusted down if needed. The arm compression is just for the forearm and hands. The leg compression works great on the lower calf and ankles. A tall person will probably only get an ankle compression. Even reclined the foot rest doesn't extend much, but the ankle compression is very effective and good for the body. (I'm a Massage Therapist).

I'm sitting in my chair now. I've been using it every day since I got it.I was nervous about buying such a cheap book (compared to other books), but I did my research on amazon and reviewed the questions.I'm really happy!The only thing I need to improve is the chair itself, which I feel puts too much pressure on my lower back.For example, we need more padding here.There was a "pocket" in which I stuffed a thin pillow.Everything has been fine since then.I also want to say that the maximum pressure set for the arm to minimize the use of airbags.My arms felt trapped.I'd like more automated programs or programmable Settings, but...That would cost an extra thousand dollars, I'm sure :)I also feel that if you don't read the q&a, the warranty is misleading.Includes all costs for the first year, including transportation costs for the second and third years.Yes...And I believe the price of the parts has gone up enough to cover the freight.So, if this is important to you, keep that in mind.

I absolutely love my chair. So do my grandkids so it’s sometimes hard to get “my time” on it. One great side effect is now the grandkids just want to “sit and talk” instead of staring at their electronics. It’s hard to stare at your phone while getting a massage. While the back massage is great, the foot and calf massage is spectacular! I average 20k Fitbit steps a day and it’s a special treat at the end of the day. One thing I haven’t heard mentioned yet, while sitting in the chair, it’s like sitting on the throne (not that one, the Iron Throne from Game of Thrones). Set up was easy, 3 separate packages made moving it easy and the price is a steal.i highly recommend this chair!

assemble easily, Chair assembly took a little longer than expected but still relatively easy considering the size of massage chair. Manufacturer also sent Youtube instructions.so great!

I was beyond thrilled to receive my new massage chair early. I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. So far I am in love. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone wanting a massage chair at an affordable price. Thank you😍
