The belt is well made with solid construction and decent quality materials. Great value for a good price and does the job perfectly.I suffer from sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction. It was caused by over aggressive stretching of my sacral ligaments while practicing extreme yoga in my younger years. Think wrapping your legs around the back of your head type of stuff. It seemed like a good idea at the time, lol.These days my SIJ can go out if I lift something too heavy. I workout a lot with squats and deadlifts so have to be super careful. Occasionally, I mess up and can be in pain for days or even weeks sometimes until I'm able to readjust myself through therapeutic exercise (I tired a chiropractor once which only made it worse).Wearing this compression belt has been a game changer as it speeds up my recovery process no end. Sometimes I only need to wear it for a day and I'm good to go again. My long game has been to focus on building glutes of steel to support the joint with muscles now that my ligaments are weakened. But it takes time to build strong tissue with a solid mind-muscle connection. This belt sees me through when I mess up from time to time, usually from during too much forward flexion and lunge type activities.One last thought that may be helpful. It's my right SIJ that's damaged, so I make sure to pull/wrap the belt extra firmly on that side.

This belt does work. I have bought other back supports and belts, but for me... THIS belt is doing it's work and doing it well. It's made well, velcrow holds excellent, great support in the area i personally needed it, and although i am still reviewing it, 2 week+ wearing it??? NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL, just good things to say so far.You've made a good product and I am thankful you did because it gave me a chance to try it something new that actually, really works. So thank you for making it, i'm glad i chose it.

Great product. It really helps with sciatica pain. I wear it under clothing from the afternoon on when I notice pain and prevent it from getting worse. It does work. It would not sub finding out the real cause of ongoing hip pain, but I exhausted my $$$ on treatments and I can not afford an MRI. With all that said, this product with foam rolling and doing my PT exercises makes a huge difference and breaks a chronic pain cycle. Definitely recommend it.

Helped with my grandma's L5 disk problem! She's had an L5 disk issue for a couple years now and with the nerve pain going from her hip to left foot. I bought this for her expecting it would receive some pain but well exceeded expectations! Since wearing it she's said that around 70% of the pain is gone and she's been wearing it almost 24 hours a day. She says she wouldn't imagine living without it now!

This belt uses Velcro attachment that is strong and maintains needed pressure on the SI joint. My previous belt used an oblong ring to attach the ends and could easily lose tension

Thought it would be adjustable and could barely get it around my hips and I'm only a size 14. Foolish on the manufacturers part. Returning it immediately. Very disappointed. I have a different one I like a lot and it works as intended just wanted and wider belt rather then a 2+ inch one.

I have been dealing with sciatic pain down my right leg for a while requiring rehab, a physcial therapist recommended this product to me and its amazing. Its made of strong and elastic material that fits well and stays when walking, its well worth the price!

The last two weeks i have been wearing this belt as much as possible, it provided immediate relief to my sciatic nerve pain and continues to provide support while i exercise my core and hip stabilizer muscles. The product is well made and seems like it will last a long time, the double elastic really helps with making it tight enough. Worth the money!
