This product came with no instructions, the numbers were very large, but, very hard to inflate, one of the numbers kept deflating causing the arrangement to look strange. All of the latex balloons had completely deflated before the party was over.

These items sucked on so many levels. The 2019 balloons blew up. One of the star Mylar balloons had a hole in it and the others would not float when filled with helium. The “congratulations “ banner did not have the correct letters and was therefore unusable.

Arrived on time and was better quality than expected. Held up well. Was a little heavy for the helium, however did use old helium so that could have been the problem. Exactly as described and pictured.

This set has lots of decorations for us to choose from. The numbers take a LOT of air and are too heavy to float, so save your helium.

These were a joke! The star balloons don’t float when filled, Made too heavy or something.Balloons were sealed closed and straw wouldn’t penetrate the opening. And number balloons were made poorly.Bad product all around!

Didn’t receive everything. Only the 2019 balloons and the red and black stars. The foil 2 balloon had a hole in it.

I used this for my son's graduation party. There was so much in the pack, we were all excited. We would have to pay twice as much if we bought from anywhere else. I will definitely purchase from them again for any future celebration deco needs.
