Overall a good product, but I doubt if it is really a 40x product. At this price, or even a bit higher, giving an achromat instead of an ordinary objective would have made a major qualitative difference, especially to those colorful fringes. Besides that, instead of the wobbly tripod, they should have given a simpler but sturdier one.Now the positives of the product.The build is really great. Solid. Gives a very good grip handheld. The focussing mechanism is also very smooth, and achieves perfect focus, especially for terrestrial objects. The mobile adaptors is ok, but could have been better, stronger.If you are not into serious photography, this is ok, better than those supposedly 8x and 10x products.If the maker can take these suggestions, he can make a near perfect product, and get five stars.

It is good as a scope.Not fitting formally on the phone.The tripod supplied is poor quality not standing properly.Taking photo by using this is very difficult.Smooth focusing and looking object as a scope is good.
