The Nibs for raw food newbies and veterans alike!
I've enjoyed using these nibs in my low-glycemic morning blend and at different times duringthe day when I want a bit of crunch and pick-me-up. They're great in a mix with coconut chipsand goji berries or dried mulberries.Sometimes I'll even grind up a few with my coffee beansfor a bit of the mocha. Add a bit of MCT (medium chain triglycerides) and we are happy,happy,happy!These are good quality and have a smooth finish--not with the bitter edge some have. I'm glad I tried these and hope that nib newbies and veterans alike will find and enjoy these as well!

Great price for a great product. The only downside is that these nibs are so delicious I went through them to quickly!

Has a good flavor; one of the better tasting cocoa nibs I've tried.Only thing I would complain about is sometimes you'll come across a hard, gritty piece; it almost feels like biting into a tiny rock or sandy piece. On closer examination, these small hard pieces seem to be stick-like in appearance; stems maybe? See photo. Good pieces on left, bad pieces on right.Also I'd say even though it lists itself as organic, I don't see an official usda seal. Take it for what it's worth.
