I Take when we have a cold and cough starting, It stops the bronchitis from starting. it’s very good as a natural antibiotic for me. I totally recommend it when sick. I’ve been buying Boiron products for a long time, they always come in a package. I was really shocked to open my Amazon order to find a loose tube floating around among my husbands truck parts. I mean it still works great but I really expected it to at least be in some sort of packaging.
