Appalling Product, Appalling Service - AVOID!!!
I ordered 2 batteries as a cheap replacement for my father’s DeWalt drill and saw. I got what I paid for, a cheap imitation, one of which wouldn’t even charge, apparently due to the pins not being long enough - Surely a fundamental production necessity??!!When I contacted the seller, I was asked to provide photos and videos as evidence of my claim - Why would I make such a statement if it wasn’t true? Anyway I dutifully obliged and provided the required evidence, and heard nothing back whatsoever, despite chasing on several occasions.I eventually included Amazon in my correspondence, making them aware of such a corrupt person/company trading under their license - This at least generated a response, asking me to post the items back at my expense!! I obviously debated this at length, asking they pay for the postage just as other sellers do, but they were adamant I had to pay and they’d refund the amount back to me. Against my better judgement, I paid the £10.02 to return both items, and guess what?? Silence again!!Again I had to involve Amazon, who themselves openly admitted the service was appalling, and they’d log an investigation against the seller - My claim remains open as of this morning, and again the seller is claiming they haven’t received my receipt for postage, despite my sending it now on four previous occasions!! Essentially they’re playing for time, as Amazon will close my claim down eventually as I’ll just give up - They’re sadly mistaken!!My advice is pay for slightly more expensive alternatives, most importantly they’ll work, but also the seller reviews seem much more genuine!!

Cheap inferior batteries,seller won’t respond
Bought these batteries to replace my old dying ones,even when fully charged they have less power than the ones I’m replacing.. Emailed seller for a return and refund but never had a reply.... Don’t buy these cheap inferior batteries!!

Replacement for Black & Decker Quattro KC2000F
Purchased as a replacement for my Black & Decker Quattro KC2000F.Fits perfectly.Fits in charger correctly (I read others had problems but mine was fine provided you place it in straight).Last longer than the original battery.Far cheaper than others.Delivery was better than expected, turned up next day!Very pleased, thanks.

Would not recommend
Had to return two I bought they looked the same with same number on, but did not fit properly in charger and did not charge. It took 8 emails 6 pictures and a video evertime I sent something they wanted something else. After four weeks finally got my money back. Would not buy from this seller again.

Seemed too good to be true
Price seemed too good to be true... One of the two batteries would not charge as the pins were not quite long enough. They refunded the cost of that one without argument.. The other does charge but you have to really jiggle and force it onto the sweet spot on the charger. Again, probably a pin length/ contact issue. It’s a real struggle to get it out of the drill. Drives me crazy. Not worth the cost saving in my opinion. Sorry.

Great value for money, worth every penny.
I can’t vouch for the longevity of these batteries but they’ve certainly breathed new life into my old DeWalt drill. I had bought a cheap replacement before and it was useless so I took more care over my purchase before buying this pair of Lenoge batteries. I am not in the least disappointed. Excellent performance and value.

Good Replacement for a well worked power drill
Arrived earlier than expected weighs slightly more than the original battery Charged no problem but had terrible issues with the side fixtures especially trying to get the battery out although good value for money

Does what it says on the, er, packaging
Long-term batteries from DeValt were absolutely done so I picked these up on Amazon's recommendation. The price was spot-on, they arrived quickly and were new items, so therefore pristine. A quick charge and I was back in business, and the charge lasts far longer than the tired DeValt ones
