Different colour pads but no explanation as to what ones do what. The inside is already black so I think when you wear them over night it’s not your toxins coming out it’s just the sweat melting the black substance already in there. Wouldn’t recommend

was delivered very quickly which was great. Nicely packaged with full instructions, very sticky so can’t come off but easy to peel off with no glue left on my foot in the morning. I’m not sure if this actually does anything but they were certainly changed from white to gunky black overnight

I received my order quickly. Did all five night course and can tell they works. Even after one use i started feel the benefits. At first they were black and at the end much lighter I feel more energy during the day after proper sleep, which i didnt have before. Great item feel it working good value of money.
